In the above cases refunds are impossible but company credits towards future services are possible. Typically, after receipt of down payment, which triggers the beginning of the project, it is impossible for refunds to be issued. We will be happy to issue credits for any unused funds that have been paid. In case a project is cancelled by the customer we will review all the hours committed thus far on the project and present the customer with a final report showing project hours used. The final cost is calculated based on the number of hours times our current hourly rate (ex. $100/hour).
